John Tennison's 2005 Letter to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
Below is a July 22, 2005 letter from John Tennison (AKA Nonjohn) to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. This letter was written in support of inducting George Thomas, Hersal Thomas, Albert Ammons, Pete Johnson, Meade Lux Lewis, and Sister Rosetta Tharpe into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. As of July 4, 2011, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has not responded whatsoever to this letter, which was mailed by certified mail with return receipt. Perhaps someday the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame will care about promoting truth as much or more than promoting "fame."
